Air conditioned and with the latest entertainment and music system, you can work out on over 30 pieces of Technogym equipment. Our friendly, qualified team of instructors will guide you through your gym induction, which is broken down into 3 simple stages. Once you have completed your induction, your instructor will advise you on a personalised program which will help you reach your goals, whatever they are!

What ever your goals, our friendly, professional team will look after your every need - whether you want to work out in the gym, dance studio or go for a power walk in the countryside, your personal training programme will be tailored to suit and is flexible to change as your fitness improves.

All the team are professionally qualified and are registered on the Fitness Industry’s Register of Exercise Professionals.

ONE 2 ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Sometimes you might just need that extra attention, that extra bit of support and motivation. That’s where having a dedicated personal trainer might just be the solution for you. Your one-2-one tainer will work closely with you not only on the design of your programme, but in its implementation – giving you the support, feedback and encouragement to help you along the way. So if you need that extra push and motivation - or just fancy something a little different to your normal workout, then one-2-one personal training is for you.
